In the role of developer and maintainer of automations I have been creating, optimizing, and fixing automations created with Microfocusd's UFT software until September 2023.
While waiting for an alternative to UFT I developed a public library of scripts and functions for building programs in powershe l aimed at simplifying the development of complicated scripts such as API automations. Using this library, I devised a pattern for developing automations that was easily accessible and maintainable by the team.
In December 2024, my role shifted to Test Automation, where I developed API and GUI automations to test various types of services. I successfully reprogrammed tests within a few weeks, reducing their execution time from 30 minutes per test to just 7 minutes. The application I was assigned to test was very old and heavy, performing poorly on all browsers. In addition to front-end testing, I also conducted back-end testing on various APIs and services provided by the client.

I worked in a small team on a portal for the group. My main task was to improve the graphical interface, which was built using JSP and JavaScript, with a back-end based on Java and Spring.
During this time, I discovered a database vulnerability that could lead to an XSS attack if exploited by a malicious user. I reported the issue and fixed the front-end part that could execute the code, although I was not allowed to make many changes.
I created several new pages and developed multiple patches to fix programming and interface management errors. Since the front-end communicated with the back-end, I also worked on the back-end to update, fix, and transfer information to the front-end.

In the role of developer, I created together with the team an application for managing the stock of a library/bookstore where users could see if a particular book was in the catalog, in the facility, or loaned to a customer.
The web application was developed in java with the use of the MySQL tool for database management

Quote of the People (QOTP) is the first in a series of open-source and public applications designed to collect data with the help of users from around the world. Inspired by a web data analysis tool that used an Excel file in a zip as its database, QOTP uses a basic interface template built with React.js and Next.js to display data to the public.
This application shows quotes, or phrases, said by famous people worldwide. It provides details about who they are, what they said, when and where they said it, and offers quick access to the sources of the quotes. All information is freely accessible to anyone, making it a fully public resource. QOTP includes parametric search and various optimization features for data loading, such as dynamically retrieving photos of the people and icons of the sources.

I worked on an open-source project to help with challenges in corporate environments, where strict rules often make it hard to install new modules on devices. This can cause big delays in development and task completion. My project aims to make developing PowerShell scripts easier and faster.
The project is a toolkit with many pre-built utility methods. This helps developers focus on writing scripts without worrying about installing and configuring modules. It also makes it easier for beginners to create basic scripts, as they have many methods ready to use. This speeds up development and requires less deep knowledge of the systems. Overall, it boosts efficiency and productivity in environments with strict administrative controls.

As Server Maintainer, I managed VPS and dedicated servers for video games. I was responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting servers, ensuring that they were up and running at al times.
I developed mods, scripts and custom features to enhance the gaming experience. This experience alowed me to improve my ski ls in systems management, security, and software development. I learned how to troubleshoot efficiently and implement innovative solutions to ensure optimal performance.

This project, initiated in March 2020, enables players to vote for the next map and/or game mode in upcoming matches. I created a mod for various Call of Duty clients like Plutonium and XLabs (now discontinued) to enhance the gaming experience.
The mod adds a map vote feature at the end of each match, allowing players to have a say in what comes next. This makes the game more interactive and engaging for the community. Working on this project helped me improve my coding skills and learn more about game modding, while also providing a fun and useful tool for other players.

In my pursuit of mastering web technologies and Python integration, I developed "Safe&Sound" - an indie project focused on creating a password manager using the Eel library. This solo venture was both a learning opportunity and a test of my ability to navigate the complexities of early-stage software development tools.
I explored the capabilities and limitations of Eel (Electron Embedded Library) by building a password manager from scratch. Opting for plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (eschewing TypeScript), I challenged myself to create a functional application while navigating the early-stage constraints of the Eel library. This project honed my problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of browser optimization, dynamic file loading, and encryption techniques.
